There will be two more showings at 9/15/12 & 10/20/12, both Saturdays from 12 to 4pm.

Experience the world’s palate in each of our distinctive Tapenades: Classic French, Spanish, Italian, North African, Greek and New England. Our unique creations are locally hand-crafted and made in small batches with fresh organic herbs.

TAPENADE

Originated from 600 BC in South of France.  Its name comes from the Provencal word capers, this dish consist of olives, capers, garlic & olive oil.  It is a popular food in Europe generally eaten as an hors d'oeuvre, spread over artisian breads.  It is also delicious as a condiment for chicken, fish and vegetable. 

Our gourmet tapenades are a modern interpretation of the traditional Provencal condiment. By combining different herbs and spices that uniquely represent different Mediterranean regions, we have created very distinctive flavors for each of the blends. Our tapenade product line is locally hand-crafted and made in small batches with fresh organic herbs.

 

Classic French ( 14.95 / 4 oz. )

olives, capers, garlic, anchovies, dijon, lemon juice, herbs & spices, olive oil

*add to salad, add a touch to your boiled eggs, apply to any white fish, or simply add to sliced baguette or cracker with brie.

Italian ( $12.95 / 4 oz. )

olives, capers, garlic, artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes, vinegar, herbs & spices, olive oil

*add to salad, add to pasta or chicken, use it as a spread to your panini to make gourmet sandwiches.

*great with BBQ, add to grilled prawns, add to grilled steak, or use it as a finish touch for your seafood paella

*pair with salmon (fresh or smoked), use it as a condiment for lamb dishes, or add to roasted sweet potatoes, vegetables, and couscous.

*add to salad, add to hollowed fresh figs with crumbled Feta, great flavor with chicken, or simply served on sliced baguette or cracker with your favorite goat cheese - as a perfect pairing for your wine.
